Returns & Exchange

If you wish to return an item, please do so with trackable mail via the Post Office to the following address:

It is important to retain a receipt with your tracking number as proof of postage.


- Send your returns to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Complete the returns form included in your package listing the item(s) you would like to return and the reason why.
- Use the enclosed address label, and make sure the shipping box is sealed with the returns form included.
- You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed.
All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with all Poppie & George garment tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. See Terms & Conditions.


Once your return has been checked and accepted by Poppie & George, the relevant refund amount will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s), less any return shipping charges, taxes or import duties incurred within 28 days of us receiving your returned item. Returns outside of this time frame may be accepted at the sole discretion of Poppie & George, but may only be refunded as store credit.

Please note that personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Should you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, it will need to be returned unused with all its packaging and labels still intact for a refund or for store credit and purchase the new item separately. Shipping costs will be charged on the replacement item, as are any relevant import duties and tax charges that may apply.


Goods are considered to be faulty if they are received damaged or when manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
